Lyons had given Haverford the lead in the first half, only to see Harleysville erase that advantage from the penalty spot. A frantic serious of events in the Haverford penalty area resulted in a hand ball against the Dragons when Kuyat found himself far off his line.
Kuyat had rushed out to meet a Harleysville attacker who had broken throught the back line, but when he could only partially save the shot, the ball fell in a dangerous position about 12 yards out from goal.
Despite the frenetic period which led to a penalty, Kuyat contined his brave keeping, and made several sliding saves the remainder of the match.
Once they had drawn level, Harleysville started to play with more aggression, and they used a size advantage to muscle Haverford off the ball at times.
The Dragons relied on the skills and composure of its midfield and back line players to stem the tide of Harleysville's assault.
