The scoring punch the Dragons had the previous day was absent, as United was much more aggressive in preventing Haverford from having the time to create chances than PSC had been.
The best opportunity for the Dragons in the second half came when Cordrey put Kevin Toal in on the right side with a great through ball, but Toal was unlucky when his curled shot clipped the crossbar and sailed out of play.
