Haverford More Potent After Halftime

Lionville had gone into the break leading 2-1, but Haverford’s halftime adjustments proved key as the team took a more attacking approach in the second half.

Shane Bradley moved into position as a central attacking midfielder and a more aggressive attitude paid dividends when Conor Bradley equalized midway through the half following a corner kick.

It was then a strike from distance late in the game which decided the issue, as Moore moved forward to hit a lofted ball from outside the 18 which just managed to tuck into the net off the underside of the crossbar.
