First-Half Breakthrough Lifts Dragons

The few scoring chances which came the Dragons' way went begging until Thomas Lovelace got the first goal of the match in the 25th minute.

Conor Bradley carried the ball well through the middle of the park and sent Lovelace through to the right side, where he finished with aplomb to the near side.

The Dragons certainly had the best of the possession and were applying great pressure throughout the first half, but the Titans were absorbing it well and produced a few chances on the counterattack.

Danny Lyons was tested, but was equal, even when he had to go to ground to deny the Titans.

Haverford led at the break, but East Brandywine was certainly within range of levelling terms.
