A high ball delivered by Patrick Hegarty bounced around the box and appeared as though it had been cleared when Conor Bradley latched onto it and notched the equalizer with a low shot in the 32nd minute.
Clearly revived, the Dragons kept their energy level and started winning more balls in the midfield, which gave them chances in the attacking third of the pitch.
On one play, industrious work by the Dragons' midfielders resulted in an advantage to Matthias Chernitsky on the right side about 20 yards out.
